Host a Portrait Party

What do I have to do?

1.  Choose an outdoor location for your portrait party.  This could be your home, a favorite park, the beach, etc.  Chosen locations must be within 30 miles of my home.  Popular locations have been: Lowry Park, Al Lopez Park, North Shore Palm Arboretum, St. Pete Beach, Sunset Beach.  Your personal suggestions are always welcomed and are encouraged.  There must not be an entry fee at the location you select unless guests are willing to pay for the entrance.
2.  Invite your friends, family, co-workers, etc. to your party.  I will provide an invitation you can email with the details of the party and what your guests can expect.
3.  Schedule your guests about 30 minutes apart, make sure you write down the schedule and also email it to me.
4.  Inform guests how to pay their session fee and the date it is due.  All fees MUST be paid TWO WEEKS before the scheduled session date.  I will not take payments at the session.
5.  You must remain at the party the entire time to assist me with paperwork, greeting your guests, etc.

What do I get?

There are many advantages to being a portrait party host!

1.  Hosts receive 10% of their total party sales (before taxes) in portrait credit!  Example:  $1500 in party sales will get you a $150 print credit!
2.  Hosts receive a FREE 8×10 print.
3.  Hosts receive awesome incentives based on the total amount of party sales.  (these change monthly, contact Christy for current incentives)
4.  Hosts receive their session at the portrait party FREE and they get one hour of shooting time!

What do the guests get?

1.  Each ordering guest receives a FREE 5×7 print.
2.  Each guests receives a 20-30 minute mini photo session.
3.  Party guests receive discounts on prints/packages
